Luminosity has been fulfilled! I hope for those who have received their rewards, that you are enjoying them right now, I sure am! I am so pleased with the quality of these decks. It has been my most epic production yet. Many of you have expressed your love for your rewards and I want to thank you for taking the time to let me know your thoughts through your messages and comments. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Now, I know there are still some who have not received their decks and there are those who have issues with their shipments. I want to give you some information about that.

Waiting for Your Package?
So, if you have received an email that your package was sent a few weeks ago and have not received your reward, my guess is you are outside the U.S. The reason I say that, most of the complaints I get about not receiving their reward is usually from International backers.
So, why is that? There can be many reasons for that, but probably the main reason is CUSTOMS. For some reason, some packages get flagged during customs and there is a wait for the backer. Some countries are more strict than others.
l only ask that you be patient. I have seen packages arrive sometimes 30+ days later. I will say this, if you have not received your package by January 1, 2020 please message me through Kickstarter and I will make sure you get your reward. I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is nothing I can do to speed up your shipment. Between the time it leaves our hands to getting to yours, we are both at the mercy of the post office.
Issues with Your Shipments
Ok, this is something that has been an issue for me ever since I started creating on Kickstarter. When a backer makes a claim about a problem with the package that I have sent them, there is not much of a way for me to know if their claim is valid. It usually costs me more than you think to resend a replacement, so in the past couple of years, I have had to create a policy that will help us out.
Here is what you need to do to make a claim about an issue with what I send to you. Two things:
- Take a picture of the package that your reward has been sent in from all sides. (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- Take a picture of all that your have received along with the issue you are claiming.
Send pictures to [email protected]
Note: If you have thrown away your outside package and you are claiming damage to your reward, I can't promise you will receive a replacement.
One last thing, the people at Gambler Warehouse are probably the best shippers I have ever seen. There are times when I have to go through 3 boxes of bubble wrap and packaging material just to get to my item.

Post Kickstarter Update #12 Shipping Almost Done!

Hi everyone!
International shipments are 100% complete!
Domestic shipments are 70% complete and should be complete by Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.
It took them a little while to set everything up. We wanted to make sure we have as little problems as possible, so we took our time.
If you have not received your tracking number, you will very soon. It takes a day or two for the tracking numbers to hit the system.
Please let me know what you all think of your rewards. I think you are going to be blown away :)

NEXT STEP
ADDRESS LOCK DOWN - All addresses will be locked down within the next 48 hours. You will be receiving a final email that will allow you to change your address if you need too.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTION - I will be sending final payment for production and fulfillment by the beginning of next week.
FULFILLMENT BEGINS - Gambler's Warehouse will be shipping all of your rewards. It usually takes them about two weeks to finish fulfillment.
FULFILLMENT ENDS - I would say to give them until the middle of November to finish fulfillment and then by the end of November everyone should have received their rewards.
Thank you all for your patience. Trust me, it will be well worth your wait. I was finally able to see and feel the final production a couple of weeks ago at the 52 plus Joker Convention. I have to say, they looked and felt amazing.
SNEAK PEEK
So, I have been working on my next Kickstarter Playing Card Project. I want to give you all a sneak peek. This is something that I have not shown to anyone yet, so I hope you all feel honored.

I hope you all like the photos. They feel and look amazing in person. I was able to get the soft-touch paper, so they are extra sweet! The samples don't show the embossing, but it will be there for the final.

Great news! The cards are done! They are being shipped to Gambler's this week. The LUX edition has already been shipped, so guilding will start this week. There are roughly 1700 decks to be hand guilded, so it will take a couple weeks. As soon as guilding ends, they will start shipping.
I should be getting some samples in this week and depending on how they look, I will send you some pics.
