Post Kickstarter Update #3: Backerkit Surveys Sent

Hi everyone!
Great news, your surveys should either be in your inbox or will soon be there. I worked very hard on this survey compared to all my previous ones. I wanted to make sure you all had the ability to get exactly what you wanted. If there is something I missed please don't hesitate to message me.
Something I wanted everyone to be aware of is your ability to switch rewards during this phase. I didn't feel that it was as easy to figure out as it should be, so I made a quick video to help. https://www.dropbox.com/s/rin8poqzjkvxdfo/SwitchingRewards.mov?dl=0
Be sure to check out the video if you want to switch your reward. I also have the link during the survey. Everyone will have a short survey, a couple questions, before getting to the add-on section. If there is something that confuses you, please let me know and I will help you.

Post Kickstarter Update #2: ALL ARTWORK COMPLETE/BACKERKIT COMING SOON!

Hey all!
Some really great news! The Kickstarter funds are in the bank, I finished all of the artwork and the BackerKit Surveys will be coming out shortly. I am hoping to get the surveys to you by the end of this week.
For the 88 backers that were dropped from the project, no worries, you will still have the chance to recover your pledges. That is the beauty of using a pledge manager after Kickstarter.
Schedule
I can't tell you how excited I am to get these made! I am committed to making this project the best I have ever done. I am itching to get the artwork off to the printers and will have it all ready by the end of this week. Here is my estimated timeline (remember this will probably change, this is just my best case scenario)
JUNE
- June 3 - 7 -- Getting print files ready for production (Files sent by June 7th)
- June 10 -- Luminosity cards printing STARTS
- June 14 -- Dealer Coin files sent for production
- June 21 -- Luminosity Art Book files sent for production
JULY
- July 20 -- Luminosity Cards Production ENDS
AUGUST
- Aug 1 -- Playing Cards at Gambler's Warehouse
- Aug 2-23 -- All rewards being prepared for Fulfillment
- Aug 26 -- All rewards STARTS Shipping
SEPTEMBER
ARTWORK
Last week was a very productive week. I was able to finish the artwork for the final 3 cards. Take a look below and let me know what you think. Just so you know, I don't have the writing for the final two Aces yet, but will show you that once I have the Artbook production file complete.
Needless to say, I am really excited to start getting these printed.
From this point on, the updates might become a little less frequent, because there won't be as much to report on. Once I get some samples in, starting next month, I will have a lot more to share.

Post Kickstarter Update #1: Queen of Diamonds art complete

Hello everyone,
As promised, here is this weeks update:
Credit Cards have been charged. Those of you who were unable to fix their cards have been dropped from the project. No worries, if you would like to get in on the project, there is Pre-Order link now available.
Things are going full steam ahead. It's been a busy week this week and I only had time to finish 1 of the 4 cards left to illustrate. The Queen of Diamonds turned out quite magnificent if I do say so. Take a look:
I am hoping to get the last 3 cards done by next week, so I can get the files ready for production. We are still on schedule to send files the 1st week on June.

Wow! What a fun project this has been and I have all of you to thank.
I think it’s worth sharing some of the stats for this project:
- Luminosity is now the all-time 12th most funded playing card project on Kickstarter!
- Over $100k in Funding with the final funding at $147k. My previous best in funding was The Iron Horse with $52k.
- The most amount of Backers that I have ever had with 2815 backers (some in the collector’s community didn’t know there were that many Playing Card enthusiasts, but we proved them wrong).
What's Next?
Production
I will be sending out regular updates about where we are in production. I still have a couple cards to reveal. I should finish all designs by the end of the month. At some point, once all of the art is sent to be produced, I will send you all a list of the card art in a special update. This should be sometime in June. Lastly, I will be spending some time talking more about the story that Rick Cassford (the writer) is working on.
I am hoping for an early delivery date for Luminosity. Hopefully much sooner than October. I’ll keep you posted on the progress.
BackerKit Surveys/Add-ons
This is where it all comes together folks. Many have wondered about their add-ons and how you will be able to be sure to get them. No fear! BakerKit is here (soon)
In order to start production and to ship your Rewards, a few things need to happen.
First Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so I have the money to make the rewards (this will be about 14 days from the end of this Kickstarter campaign).
Second I have to find out where I need to ship the pledges. I will be sending the BackerKit surveys out to collect this information once the money has been collected. I will give you a heads up before I send the survey through a project update, so you can watch for it. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to me as quickly as you can.
You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! If you want to go back to review your info, just click on the link in your email again or input your email into our project page for another survey link.
If you prefer, you can just message me your info, but I STRONGLY SUGGEST using BackerKit as you will have the opportunity to add ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS on to your current pledge and help me make the shipping process SEAMLESS! This will help out this project tremendously, and help me get your rewards out to you quicker!
If you used Facebook to login to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you prefer it to be sent to, please message us.
Errored and dropped pledges
It is common for a few backers' pledges to fail to collect at the project's deadline. If this happens, here's what to expect:
- Kickstarter will send backers with errored pledges an email every 48 hours with a link to fix the issue.
- Backers may also log in to the Kickstarter account from which they pledged to follow the 'Fix Payment' link.
- Backers have 7 days to fix their pledges by updating their credit card information.
- Any pledge that doesn’t get fixed within 7 days will become "dropped." If the Kickstarter process reveals any fraudulent activity, these pledges will also become "dropped".

UPDATE #7: The End of Luminosity Kickstarter Coming Up

Hey everyone!
We are in the last days of Luminosity. What a wild ride! I, once again, want to say thank you for your support and hangin in there. With just a few days left, I want to let you know what is next.
Luminosity will end this coming Friday, 10am (MST). Don't worry about it if you feel you need more time to make additional add-ons. You will be able to confirm and add-on to your pledge 14 days after the Kickstarter ends. After Friday, there will be 14 days before I can send you a BackerKit survey.
Even after the Kickstarter, I will be sending you design updates to the remaining card designs. Below is the next addition to the card line-up. When all art is finish, I will send out a card line-up through an update
